Terms & Conditions – Muscle Cleaning

  1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all cleaning services provided by Muscle Cleaning (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1.2. By requesting or accepting our services, you (“you,” “your,” “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services

2.1. We offer a range of services including:

  • One-off / end-of-tenancy cleans
  • Regular domestic and commercial cleans (weekly, fortnightly, deep cleans)
  • After-builders, sofa, upholstery, kitchen equipment cleaning
  • Airbnb and short-let cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning

2.2. Upon booking, we’ll schedule a meeting to discuss your needs and prepare a tailored scope of work.
2.3. A supervisor will oversee the initial clean to ensure quality; we’ll follow up to confirm your satisfaction.

  1. Booking & Fees

3.1. You will receive a free, no-obligation quote tailored to your requirements
3.2. Booking is confirmed once the quote is accepted and/or deposit paid, as specified in the quote.
3.3. Fees cover the scope outlined. Additional tasks or changes may incur extra charges, agreed in advance.

  1. Access & Client Responsibilities

4.1. You must provide safe access to the premises at scheduled times.
4.2. You are responsible for securing valuables or fragile items.
4.3. We may refuse to proceed if conditions are unsafe or access is denied.

  1. Cleaning Standards & Satisfaction

5.1. We deliver service standards aligned with our professionalism, honesty and quality commitments.
5.2. If you're not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours and we’ll rectify the issue promptly.

  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

6.1. You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the service at no charge.
6.2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
6.3. We may reschedule due to illness or emergencies, offering you a prompt alternative.

  1. Liability & Insurance

7.1. We hold full public liability insurance and operate under insurance requirements.
7.2. We are liable for damage directly caused by our negligence.
7.3. We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage or hidden faults not caused by us.

  1. Data Protection

8.1. We strictly adhere to GDPR and relevant UK data protection laws.
8.2. Personal data is stored securely in the UK and retained only as necessary.
8.3. You have full rights to access, change or delete your data, and can withdraw consent or object to processing at any time—please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

  1. Third-Party Access

9.1. We may engage subcontractors or partners for cleaning tasks; they are bound by these Terms.
9.2. We may share data with HMRC or legal/regulatory bodies when required by law, or for payment processing and insurance purposes (legitimate interest).

  1. Quality of Service Providers

10.1. All staff and contractors are vetted, professional, polite, and trained to meet our service standards muscle-cleaning.co.uk.
10.2. They will follow the scope provided and are managed by supervisors for consistency.

  1. Health & Safety

11.1. We comply with all health and safety obligations.
11.2. We reserve the right to refuse work in hazardous conditions or if safety protocols are breached.

  1. Termination

12.1. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice—minimum 7 days for ongoing contracts.
12.2. Any outstanding fees remain payable.

  1. Governing Law

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
